Most products will ship out to you within 3-5 business days. If a product cannot ship out to you within this time frame, we will notify you within 48 hrs. of placing your order with the ETA. You may then decide if you want to wait for the ETA or you may cancel the order and be refunded in full.
Greenington products will be drop-shipped directly to you from our supplier. All communication will be between you and us. We will send you a ship confirmation with a tracking number once our supplier ships the product to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of purchase for a Return Authorization. Any item returned without an authorization will be refused.
Greenington returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, as well as minus all shipping costs.
Damage Claims:
● Please inspect all incoming items at time of delivery.
● Note the damage on the Carrier Receipt, if possible.
● Please take several pictures from different angles, as well as pictures of the packaging exactly as you received it, as this is very important to the Damage Claim.
● You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of any/all damage claims.
If you receive a broken/damaged item, this damage was caused during shipment, as we thoroughly inspect all merchandise before it is shipped to you. Therefore we will open a Damage Claim through our shipper; with your cooperation, this must be approved for any reimbursement or replacement of product.
Once the damaged item has been inspected and the damage claim approved you will be either credited the amount paid or the item will be replaced.

All Greenington furniture is intended for indoor use only.
All Greenington furniture is made of 100% natural bamboo. It is very hard, dense and extremely durable. Like any natural hardwood furniture, maintaining the humidity in a controlled environment is also very important for bamboo furniture. Keeping the relative humidity in the range of 40 to 55 percent will greatly reduce the potential for any checking or warping.
PREVENT DAMAGE
Please use coasters and pads to prevent damage from heat, moisture or heavy objects. Do not use wax or polish on your bamboo furniture. To prevent staining or water marks, make sure to clean spills immediately, using a dabbing motion with a soft cloth.
CLEANING
For periodic cleaning, use a soft cloth and a gentle cleaner designed for wood furniture. Avoid cleaners that contain abrasive materials, oil, acidic or caustic ingredients or any other harsh chemicals.
AVOID SCRATCHES
To avoid scratches, take care to lift objects and never drag or slide them across the
surface.
AWAY FROM HEAT
Avoid placing furniture directly in front of heat vents, wood burning stoves or other heat sources.
Never place bamboo furniture in direct sunlight day after day.
