TL at Home products typically ship out within 2-3 business days. If this is not the case, we will notify you with the ETA and you can let us know if you would like to cancel the order or wait.
In order to maintain their production schedule, TL Home starts processing made-to-order items as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations received after the fabric has been cut are the responsibility of the customer.
Requests for the return of the product must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns must be received in original packaging and in new saleable condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Made to order products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
You will also be responsible for all shipping cost on Return items, both to and from the supplier. For Returns, you will be credited the price of the merchandise, minus our shipping costs to you.

TL at Home makes every effort to ensure that each order is packed safely and is free from any concealed damage.
● Please inspect all incoming items at time of delivery.
● Note the damage on the Carrier Receipt, if possible.
● Please keep all packaging in-tact exactly as you received it, as this is very important to the Damage Claim.
● You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of any/all damage claims.
If you receive a broken/damaged item, this damage was caused during shipment, as we thoroughly inspect all merchandise before it is shipped to you. Therefore we will open a Damage Claim through our shipper; with your cooperation, this must be approved for any reimbursement or replacement of product.
Please do NOT ship the damaged item back to us. It will be inspected at your location and then you may dispose of it.
Once the damaged item has been inspected and the damage claim approved you will be either credited the amount paid or the item will be replaced.
Washing instructions are included with each item.
Coverlet:
Coverlets have been stone washed for easy care. They are machine washable and can go in the dryer as well. The size of the coverlet will not change in the laundry.
Because of the stone washing, the finished size of each coverlet can vary. The finished sizes will not be smaller than what is listed below: Twin 70" x 92", Full/Queen 92" x 98", King 112" x 98"
